What is IFB®?
Interconnectivity, Flow, and Balance® (IFB®) are three natural laws that facilitate the operation of organizational ecosystems, both internally and externally. The IFB® leadership framework is based on globally recognized thought leadership that emphasizes trust-based relationships.
Many organizations, non-profits, NGOs, corporations, governments, and impact driven organizations are experiencing constantly evolving (or some might say devolving) norms. Pre-existing organizational challenges are amplified as new ones continuously stretch us. When faced with uncertainty, the IFB® framework provides leaders with a lens that gives them insights into the often undetected operating system that drives their businesses and a fresh toolkit they can use to address increasingly complex challenges.
