What is IFB®?
Interconnectivity, Flow, and Balance® (IFB®) are three natural laws that facilitate the operation of organizational and community ecosystems, both internally and externally. The IFB® leadership framework is based on globally recognized thought leadership that emphasizes trust-based relationships.
Many companies, non-profits, NGOs, corporations, governments, and impact driven organizations are experiencing constantly evolving (or some might say devolving) norms. Pre-existing organizational challenges are amplified as new ones continuously stretch us. When faced with uncertainty, the IFB® framework provides leaders with a lens that gives them insights into the often undetected operating system that drives their businesses or communities and a fresh toolkit they can use to address increasingly complex challenges.

The IFB® Network is a global ecosystem that is open to experts, thought leaders, and independent facilitators like coaches, consultants, and trainers. We are committed to building an ecosystem where leaders can have dynamic learning experiences they can use to and impact the world around them.
